Kathleen Lancaster is the founder of Rainbow Roots, a parent-education platform focused on keeping LGBTQ children safe by helping adults grow. She’s a Gen X, straight mother of two queer kids, bringing lived experience, humor, and clear boundaries to conversations about child safety, neurodivergence, faith, and advocacy. Her work centers one simple truth: when adults learn to show up differently, kids get safer.
